T-Mobile to offer basic customer support to unlocked iPhone users on their network

If you happen to be one of the unlucky unlocked iPhone users who is loyal to T-Mobile but have crappy speeds on the network, well we got good news for you. According to a leaked document that TMONews acquired, starting January 30th T-Mobile will offer its unlocked iPhone users with basic tech support. The vast majority of iPhone users on T-Mobiles network are stuck on EDGE speeds, but that doesn’t mean that T-Mobile can’t explain why and perhaps make sure those customers are able to get their APNs set up correctly.

The carrier is also updating the iPhone website within its Community so it fits in with the rest of the T-Mobile supported device pages and “Integrated Scope of Support” for representatives. The company has said that it has over a million iPhone users on its network, so it only makes sense to accept that they’re not switching to Android and provide more service.
