Sprint’s 4G LTE Network Lights up in Select US Cities

Sprint has finally switched on its promised 4G LTE network in select cities. Unfortunately users are already reporting very slow speeds comapred to that of other networks, some say speeds are about 6 to 8 Mbps down and about 3 Mbps up. Of course this is just a matter of time as Sprint will most likely introduce a more advance network and invest more in LTE. As a LTE smartphone owner who has been suffering for quite some time with their poor and weak 3G network, I will take anything at this point that offers more that 1 Mbps down.

The following cities are on the list that have LTE capabilities as of yesterday:

Atlanta, Georgia; Newnan, Georgia; Rome; Georgia; Kansas City, Kansas; St. Joseph, Missouri; Austin, Texas; Dallas, Texas; Forth Worth, Texas; Houston, Texas; San Antonio, Texas; and Waco, Texas.

Are you one of those lucky recipients with LTE on your mobile device, if so sound off below and let us know how is working out for you!!!
